Duties and Responsibilities: Athletic
trainers work with athletes of all ages to prevent diagnoses and treat injuries
to muscles or bones.
Salary: $42,790-$66,060
a year
Education: They need to have a bachelor’s
degree or Master’s degree and pass a test from the Board of Certification. Then
they must meet more requirements in order to remain certified. Athletic trainers
must also work under a physician and within their state practice act.
Reflection: I think that I couldn’t be a
personal trainer because I like sports but I think that I would rather watch
someone get hurt then rush in and help them in the middle of a field.
